Registration and Cancellation Policy

  • Information submitted online is subject to verification. If you do not qualify for the rate selected the registration will be adjusted accordingly. If we are unable to process your registration you will be contacted by our staff.
  • Cancellation of participation must happen in written form and be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If a notice of cancellation is received up to 20 days before the start date of the event the participation fee will be refunded, except for a handling fee of € 50.-. If a notice of cancellation is received within 20 days of the start date of the event the organizer keeps a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoiced amount. In case of a no show without any notice received, the organizer will keep the entire fee. The cancellation fee will be waived if a replacement is identified by the registered participant.

Registration Guidelines

Full-conference registration includes attendance for GI_Forum and AGIT from Tuesday through Friday including

  • poster gallery
  • workshops and special sessions
  • online Journal
  • beverage breaks
  • social events (GI_Forum Icebreaker, AGIT EXPO night, buffet dinner on Thursday)
  • GI_Forum souvenir

Lunches will not be provided. One day tickets can be purchased on site.

Payment Options and Confirmation for Conference Participation

The conference fee can be paid via Pay Pal or Credit Card via our plattform (log-in to your User Account). If you prefer to make a bank transfer please mention your name, invoice number and the purpose of transfer at the payment.
