GI_Forum 2012 offers full-fledged, intertwined tracks on GIScience & Technology and Learning with a focus on geovisualization, society and learning, and their inter-relationship.

GI_Forum 2012 runs concurrently with the highly regarded German language conference on Applied Geoinformatics – AGIT, organised by the Centre for Geoinformatics – Z_GIS, University of Salzburg and the Institute for GIScience, Austrian Academy of Sciences.  The two symposia share the innovative AGIT EXPO exhibit and stimulating social events.

Call for Posters

The symposium solicits contributions on emerging topics and research outcomes related to current GIScience & Technology and Learning with GI, with emphasis on geovisualization, society and learning. Our Call for Posters is still open until June, 6th 2012.
